 A visitor to this venue will discover specialty retail stores, entertainment and dining restaurants at the lower levels of the building. Unconventionally situated on the 4th floor is Crossing Art, an art gallery. Its vision is to avoid all mainstream strictures, bringing art exhibitions into the open space. Also located on the 4th floor is Long Island Business Institute, a community college. Floors five till eleven are professional offices, housing medical doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, real estate and travel agencies.
