Residents of Bayside and Bay Terrace enjoy the upscale neighborhoods' excellent schools and prime waterfront on Little and Little Neck Bays. The neighborhoods have preserved and enhanced their open spaces resulting in uniquely beautiful parks that enchant residents and visitors alike.

Overlooking the bay in the heart of Bayside are the John Golden and Crocheron Parks, located next to each other between 32nd Avenue and Corbett Road and offering athletic fields, picnic grounds, playground equipment, hiking trails, and cliffs overlooking Little Neck Bay.
